Can I pay annually?
Yes. Our planned annual prices are £29.99 for Solo, £59.99 for Team and £99.99 for Business, plus VAT (£35.99, £71.99 and £119.99 respectively including UK VAT at 20%), paid in one payment for 12 months. Business Plus pricing is agreed separately. Annual renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be available before orders open. The five-year founding price guarantee shown here applies to monthly billing; any annual price guarantee will be confirmed separately.
Will there be a lifetime offer?
Lifetime offers are coming soon. Pricing, eligibility and the meaning of lifetime will be explained in the offer terms before anything goes on sale. No lifetime purchases or reservations are available yet.
Can I sign up today?
Not quite yet. We're preparing the service for our first 20 founding businesses. You can email us now to discuss your needs. An enquiry is free, carries no commitment and does not reserve a founding place. We'll confirm availability, the full costs and terms before you decide.
Can I use the domain I already own?
Yes. Keep your domain and registrar. You must have access to the DNS settings and make the email-record changes yourself using the supplied guide. Domain registration and renewal are separate from your NEO plan.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
Buy your domain independently before returning to complete NEO setup. For example, visit Namecheap. This is a separate provider with its own prices and terms. NEO does not sell, register or renew domains.
What does “shared storage” mean?
It's the total space for all the email addresses on your plan. For example, Team gives your whole business 5 GB to share. Team includes up to 3 inboxes. Your storage is shared between them, rather than 5 GB per inbox.
How does the five-year founding price work?
The first 20 founding businesses keep their agreed monthly price before VAT for 60 months from activation on their original plan, while continuously subscribed. You still pay monthly and can cancel. Any later plan change needs to be agreed separately. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate and is not covered by the price guarantee. Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Full service terms will be available before signup.
Can you help move my existing email?
Moving existing messages and configuring your domain are not included. You are responsible for your migration and DNS changes. Our guide explains the email records needed to connect your prepared NEO account.
Is this for newsletters or marketing campaigns?
NEO's planned service is for everyday business correspondence, not newsletters, cold-email campaigns or email warmup tools. Marketing campaigns need a separate, suitable service.
Am I tied in for five years?
No. For monthly founding plans, the five years is a price guarantee, not a five-year payment commitment. You pay monthly and can cancel. Annual plans are paid for 12 months at a time, with their cancellation and refund terms confirmed before signup. Cancelling ends your eligibility for that founding price; full cancellation terms will be available before signup.
