- Choose and pay for your email plan. Use the Stripe test checkout below with fictional details only. No real money is collected.
- Provide your domain and choose your inboxes. At launch, these details will be collected after verified payment. Domain entry and inbox creation are not connected in this preview.
- Wait for account preparation. NEO prepares your email account. Your account-specific records and access instructions will be supplied securely; none are generated on this public page.
- Add your email records. Sign in to the provider that manages your domain’s DNS. Add the exact MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records supplied for your account, following the guide. NEO does not make these changes for you.
- Check and test. Once your records are verified, sign in to webmail and test sending and receiving. This preview cannot check your DNS or mark setup complete.
Connecting a domain that already has email?
Changing MX records changes where incoming email is delivered. Keep your existing service and a copy of important messages until your switch is complete. Moving old messages is your responsibility and is not included. Do not replace records using generic examples. Avoid adding a second SPF record; your final SPF configuration must account for your existing senders.
